Shitty-YTDLP-Helper JS Fix

This is a lazy ass lazy update to adjust to how Ytdlp (not by their choice) now require Javascript to download.

This release now includes Deno but will function identically to how it did before, just a bigger file for you to download. Still portable, no extra steps for users.

And alas, I gave in once more.

This QoL is only available on Windows because I can't compile for Linux so ya'll just like, sudo rm or something.

This doubles the amount of code to bring one entire new feature! Easy Updates and just in time since it seems the older Ytdlp.exe conked out.

Manual Auto-Update!
There is now a new button next to GET 'EM. This checks on start-up for a new release, if it changes to white you just click the bitch and bam, new YTDLP exe placed for you in seconds. Nothing else needs to be done.

This gives the GUI almost an infinite lifetime I can put off updating it as long as ytdlp doesn't suddenly change their entire syntax overnight for the lulz.

As before, downloads are in /downloads. Double-click piggo to go there fast. Esc or right click to close. Default settings are best settings, but audio only obviously has............uses.

I gave in to temptation briefly and added some QoL features!

-Files are saved to relative /downloads now.
-Autoclosing options for your terminal/cmd.
-Functional Snapping.
-Double-Click Piggo to open downloads for you, right click anywhere to exit.

This is the Windows release but the Linux one in the main repository should compile without issue.
