Fixes for the Vite dev server.

Fixes

  • Bundle names are matched against the Vite entry name without the file extension.
  • In development, the entry's src is used instead of file, matching the dev server.
  • CSS bundles are resolved from the entry's css list.
  • PublicPath is ignored for the Vite dev server, for both the manifest URL and asset URLs.
  • In development, Vite script tags get type="module".
  • Script tags no longer have a trailing space before >.
