MAJOR ADDITIONS

Introducing TimeRangeDaysToNextRangePhenotype : this new phenotype allows us to count the number of days from the end of one time range to the beginning of another. This can be used to count the number of days to hospital readmission, or the number of days to next drug utilization period.

CHANGES PRIOR BEHAVIOR

Add default export methods and formatting to Reporter base class

Implemented default to_excel(), to_csv(), to_html(), to_markdown(), to_word(), and create_pretty_display() methods in Reporter base class that work with self.df, automatically handling file paths, extensions, and pretty display formatting. Added comprehensive test suite (22 tests) and tabulate dependency.

MINOR ADDITIONS

user defined phenotypes can now be reported in table1 : prior, UDPs were only boolean typed in table ones. Now add the option to include numeric value summary statistics from UDP
Adding integer subtraction and division to Arithmetic Phenotype : prior could only do subtraction and division of two phenotypes. Now adding subtraction and division to phenotypes from integers e.g. 28 - pt_event_count_ventilation
