Overview
Moves the version bump helper from
bin/bump-version.jstoscripts/bump-version.jsand updates thenpm run bumpentry inpackage.jsonaccordingly. Release packaging now ignores/scriptsinstead of/binin.distignoreand.gitattributes.The bump workflow no longer prepends changelog stubs to
