Dawnlight

Dawnlight is a Dusklight mod package that adds optional gameplay, controller,
aiming, boss, and HUD features for Twilight Princess.

Changelog

  • added a new Models section in Dawnlight Settings. You can place custom .arc files in the mods-dircetory and replace Link's Models.
  • added an option to Hide Shields in the Models section
  • added a Projectile to the Great Spin Attack. This can be toggled off in the Gameplay Settings of the Mod

Features

  • Z item slot: bind a third item to Z, move Midna to D-Pad-left. Works with Touch-UI, too. The third item on touch UI is on the Skip button outside of cutscenes.
  • Aim Movement and Aim Mode settings with Vanilla, 3rd Person, and Cinema
    options.
  • Touch and gyro aiming support for the modded aiming modes.
  • Manual Shielding and R Jump quality-of-life options.
  • Bullet Time
  • adds a Projectile to the Great Spin Attack.

  • Boss Rush Game Mode with hub (Garden of Twilight), individual boss portals, Boss Rush run portal, Cave of Ordeals Portal and Return to hub Midna option.
  • HUD Layout Editor for supported HUD elements, item/text/ammo offsets, button
    backing, round X/Y buttons, and HUD import/export.
  • Custom Models. You can place custom .arc files in the mods-dircetory and replace Link's Models.
  • Optional update checks against the Dawnlight GitHub releases.
