PhoenixKitPublishing.Migrations, a versioned migration chain owned by this
module and exposed through migration_module/0, so mix phoenix_kit.update
and mix phoenix_kit.status now track this module's schema. V1 only adopts
the existing tables. Core's chain still creates all 7 tables; V1 creates
anything missing, using guards that match on shape so a host with renamed
constraints or indexes never gets duplicates, and stamps a pkpub_schema:1
marker on phoenix_kit_publishing_groups. On an existing install that marker
is the only change. down/1 never drops a table or a row.
A test that builds V1 into an empty schema and requires its catalog (columns,
constraints, indexes) to match what core's chain built, row for row.
Each schema's column_widths/0, the one source for the varchar widths in the
V1 DDL.
README: the 3 category/view tables are documented, plus a manual "Removing
this module" recipe.
