缺陷修复

• 时序与详情一致性： 修复 intent 按实际生效时间排序、分组详情加载和部分实时更新遗漏的问题；降低重复记录及历史状态不同步的风险。

Breaking Changes / 升级注意

• Agent Helm 的 MCP context_setup schema 已变化：必须提供 workspace_id、message、task；bind_conversation_intent 已退役。升级后在 ChatGPT 中 Refresh Connector。

验证范围

• 本版包含 Work History、时间线与 DSH adapter 相关回归测试；Windows SRT 的通过记录不等于所有 DSH 客户端、安装器和运行环境均完成验收。

GitHub 安装路径不会查询 npm。它第一步检查 dsh；不存在时直接停止且不访问网络。存在后下载所选 GitHub Release 的 DSH tgz、校验 SHA-256，并执行 dsh plugin --profile web add <local-tgz>。GitHub tgz bundle exact Agent Helm + exact UI contract；第三方依赖继续从正常 registry 解析。

测试说明：macOS 安装与发布流程已完成真机验证；Windows x64 的原生 SRT 命令执行已通过真实黑盒 E2E，但 Windows 安装器及全部机器配置仍需另行验证。

New capabilities

• Live Work History timeline: Tool and delegation status events now stream incrementally so detail views can update while work is in progress.
• Conversation / intent navigation: Work can be grouped by ChatGPT conversation with drill-down into individual intent details, rather than relying only on a flat history.

Improvements

• Origin versus current task: Original ChatGPT provenance remains immutable while titles and active task text follow the latest effective intent. Later changes do not replace the original source.
• Consistent history presentation: DSH and Chrome Extension share Work History presentation. Each canonical timeline item receives in-place state updates instead of duplicate tool or delegation events.
• Workspace propagation: DSH workspace additions, edits and removals propagate to the running Core registry for existing MCP connections.

Fixes

• Ordering and detail loading: Fixed effective-time intent ordering, grouped detail loading and missed incremental updates, reducing duplicate or stale history items.

Breaking changes / upgrade

• The Agent Helm MCP context_setup schema now requires workspace_id, message and task; bind_conversation_intent is retired. Refresh the ChatGPT Connector after upgrading.

Validation

• Work History, timeline and DSH adapter regression tests cover the changes; passing Windows SRT checks does not certify every DSH client, installer or runtime environment.

The GitHub installation path does not query npm. Its first step checks for dsh; if DSH is missing it stops before any network access. Otherwise it downloads and SHA-256 verifies the selected GitHub Release tgz and runs dsh plugin --profile web add <local-tgz>. The GitHub tgz bundles the exact Agent Helm and UI contract versions; third-party dependencies continue to resolve from the normal registry.

Testing note: the macOS installation and release flow has been validated on real hardware. Windows x64 native SRT command execution has passed real black-box E2E, while the Windows installer and all device configurations still require separate acceptance.
