Summary
This release adds synchronous GO prediction from FASTA uploads end-to-end. The embedding API exposes /api/v1/predict-go-from-fasta (5 MB cap, shared orchestration with the sequences path). NGINX routes the new endpoint with predict auth and rate limits. The gateway is HTTP-only on port 80. Streamlit supports sequence and FASTA modes, with upload limits aligned via .streamlit/config.toml. Smoke tests cover success and 413 cases. Docs and Makefile targets were updated for operations and validation.
