v1.1 - Minutes Support

What's Changed

• Added protection-duration-minutes config option — Protection duration can now be set with both hours and minutes, giving admins finer-grained control over the protection length.
  • The total duration is hours + minutes combined.
  • Default: 72 hours, 0 minutes (3 days) — same behavior as before.
  • Example: set protection-duration-hours: 1 and protection-duration-minutes: 30 for 1.5 hours of protection.

Files Changed

• config.yml — new protection-duration-minutes key with comments
• Main.java — getProtectionDurationMillis() now sums both hours and minutes
