Admin Notification:

User can modify admin notification to include authentication information inside the form in following way:

1. Create Auth Field:
   • Add a ‘Single Line Text ’ field to the form. Go to the advanced tab and check checkbox “Allow field to be populated dynamically”.
   • Enter value in the Parameter Name field.
   • The value entered in the Parameter name should match the config constant “IS_AUTH” located in “gf_external_data_fields_config” class (Refer file: EXAMPLE-gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php)
   • Add value to ‘IS_VERIFIED_MESSAGE’ and ‘IS_NOT_VERIFIED_MESSAGE’ constants located in “gf_external_data_fields_config” class (Refer file: EXAMPLE-gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php). These messages will appear in the Authencation field created above.
2. No Auth Field: If the user does not create an authentication field, information about user authentication will only be displayed in the admin notification. The form will not have any authentication information.

File Upload Path:

* Gravity forms store files at a default location. 
Eg: /var/www…./wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1-360e029abdcd1bab14fa72c4cd896c8a/2014/03
* User can change this location by setting the path in the config file.
* Set Constants FILE_UPLOAD_PATH and FILE_UPLOAD_URL located in “gf_external_data_fields_config” class   (Refer file: EXAMPLE-gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php) to your file storage path and url respectively.
