Setup

1. Get the files from https://github.com/BellevueCollege/gravityforms-external-data-fields
2. Unzip the files in your local directory and work on folder gravityforms-external-data-fields
3. Create a copy of file EXAMPLE-gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php
4. Rename it as gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php
5. Open gravityforms-external-data-fields-config.php (ie., Notepad++) , remove comments and edit the variables and constants according to the test environment. (See table below)
6. Copy gravityforms-external-data-fields directory to wp-content plugins
7. Go to Wordpress
8. Activate the plugin through the dashboard.
