Allowance v1.2.1 adds an explicit payment action for eligible skipped occurrences and in-app FAQs explaining retries, payment history and split-DNS configuration.

  • Pay one eligible skipped occurrence with an explicit recipient, amount and date confirmation. Its result stays linked in history and the regular schedule is preserved.
  • Keep duplicate-payment, pending-settlement, saved-details and revision checks. No automatic replay of skipped payments or missed intervals is introduced.
  • Add FAQs below Usage Guide and update installation, troubleshooting and testing documentation.

Requires LNbits 1.6.x. Before upgrading, back up your databases and extension files, deactivate Allowance, install the release, restart LNbits and verify activation and scheduler health. Hard-refresh the browser if it still shows older controls.

The skipped-payment implementation was reviewed by CodeRabbit and its feedback resolved. The FAQ/documentation PR was merged with maintainer authorization while CodeRabbit was rate-limited. Release CI covers regressions, PostgreSQL and native archive installation on LNbits 1.6.0, 1.6.1 and 1.6.2. Dev validation uses FakeWallet and synthetic recipient data.
