Maintenance release to trigger a fresh Obsidian Community Directory release scan after the 1.4.0 automated review could not be completed.

No functional changes from Beacon 1.4.0.

Validation:

  • 30 automated tests passed
  • Lint passed
  • Production build passed
  • Smoke-tested in the Tester vault only
