Contains general performance improvements for List & Array by using specific methods for these types.
Tests now run on all supported runtimes to ensure compatibility.

BREAKING CHANGES
Namespaces have been updated from RippLib.Util to RippLib.Readability
Methods extending ExpandoObject have been removed.
CreateDictionaryFromPropertyValues was obsolete and has now been removed.
