Extends the existing Astro site with the full platform approved in the Claude Design chat: FOCABA and Comunidad as their own top-level sections, a richer Programas page (campaigns, appointments, pricing, care guides, emergencies, abuse reporting with a GPS location picker, vaccines, a filterable vet directory, FAQ), an expanded Donaciones page (active-case progress bar, payment methods, recurring donations, merch store), and Comunidad (verified shelters, adoptable pets, AI-powered lost/found pet matching, zone alerts, a filterable board). Also adds the Home sections from the approved design (Una sola salud, Misión/Visión, the Momentos ANPA carousel, an Explorá la plataforma CTA grid), the real ANPA logo, the floating chatbot with quick replies, a paw-trail nav transition, and retunes the brand red to the prototype's exact hex. Built as React islands only where real interactivity is needed (LocationPicker, Chatbot, Carousel, BusquedaIA), native <details> for accordions, and small vanilla scripts for tab/filter state — consistent with this codebase's existing Astro + design-token conventions. Se cambió la versión de Astro a React v19. Se hizo un fix de la barra de navegación, ahora las páginas del navbar no desaparecen al querer seleccionarlas en un toggle desplegable
