One window, faster network shares, and file navigation in viewers

• fman now runs as a single window: opening a folder or file from Explorer or the command line sends it to the window you already have open instead of starting a second one.
• You can jump to the next or previous file straight from the text, image, and video viewers, so you can flip through a folder without going back to the file list.
• Browsing network shares stays responsive: folders now load progressively instead of freezing while Windows looks up icons and hidden files.
• The command palette finds a command even when you type its words in a different order.
