Fixes misplaced vertical black bars during cutscenes. The game's cinematics view draws its own letterbox/pillarbox bars sized to the full screen; it is now excluded from the clamp so cutscenes render exactly like vanilla. Known minor limitation: photo mode's decorative letterbox bars only span the clamped UI width.
