Default preset
Defaut preset is now available in game_presets.cfg
Check game_presets.cfg and first [default] block
Preset file location change
On real hardware put the file on sd:/discs/
Preset file clearer
Instead of 0/1 using on/off
BG_POLY (new preset)
This new preset is default OFF (-10% fps everywhere otherwise)
Fix needed for some games :
- Who wants to be a Millionaire
- Probably more
