Wii U Specific presets
Now detect if the user is on a Wii U and apply specific preset for Wii U instead of standard Wii
Check game_presets.cfg on powerstone 1/2 for example

show_fps wasn't wired in game_presets.cfg
SEAM FIX
This help getting rid of small thin lines. Usually we where using LOW mode to avoid this.
It may not be a perfect result. Please test.
It should be (almost) cost free (no FPS drop)

Using LOW for 240p games is still the best option, for example :
- Bangai O
- Gunbird 2
- Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
- Marvel vs capcom
- Street Fighter Alpha/Zero
- Street Fighter 3.1/3.2
- Twinkle Star Sprites

CD Audio implemented (default ON)
Previous implemented in branch cdda-preset-example but not sure it was satisfiying. Now works very good.

SH4 Underclock
This preset was highly Suggested, supposed to gain FPS when reducing SH4 clock
My test didn't show FPS improvement for now
Mute PCM16
Some PCM16 sounds in Chuchu Rocket is buggy, this disable those type of sound.

HUD_PASS preset
This help showing HUD and other front-line elements when DEPTH TIGHT is activated. See game_presets.cfg for example in :
- Cannon Strike
- Rayman 2
- Re-Volt ( #81 )
