Worked on PIO this release.

• Fixed that awful IRQ import
• Fixed PIO claiming, Adafruit neopixel proprtly works too, now!

Now this is just cursed

We need more USB ports so I went ahead and slapped https://github.com/Bento-Robotics/micro_rosso_2dof_arm onto the pico's second core.
I think it might work :P

Aight, hopefully this one works for all computers.

There is some weird quirk in gs_usb; some PCs need it to communicate over 2 separate USB endpoints.
In this case TX wasn't working for some computers.
T'is silly.

Oh, and this build includes some eRGoBled/neopixel code.
