[Bug]: SDK error due to missing dependency of LiteLLM[proxy]

What happened?

I'm only using the SDK and I'm getting the error :

�[92m19:53:06 - LiteLLM:ERROR�[0m: litellm_logging.py:4483 - Error creating standard logging object - Missing dependency No module named 'backoff'. Run pip install 'litellm[proxy]'

I'm using litellm = "^1.74.2" in a FastAPI project

Relevant log output

ImportError: Missing dependency No module named 'backoff'. Run `pip install 'litellm[proxy]'`

I'm also only using SDK and getting a similar ERROR log:

Looks like this was introduced with v1.75.2. I don't get the noise on v1.75.0
