I created a record for ANLcr49, which is a collection of linguistic material on the Kunama language. I created a new language ident for Kunama in BetaMasaheft/Schema#39 (comment). I corrected target in locus in ANLcr46.

It is not an en-dash, but an em-dash. It is not used for a range, but for paranthesis in this case.
