Fixes the Access Groups review wrongly blocking publication on sites where legacy courses are protected by LearnDash enrolment rather than MemberPress rules: today's access is now read from LearnDash enrolment when no MemberPress rule protects an item. A blocked review names how many people would lose access and which memberships they hold, with sample usernames. Publish is one step: it checks every member first and publishes immediately when nobody loses access.
