What
Enhanced the empty state on the city organizers directory (/organizers) beyond the previous plain text + link: added an icon, split the copy into a heading + short explanation, and upgraded the CTA to a proper button (matching the primary-action button style used elsewhere in the app, e.g. Mint Passport / RSVP).
Existing card styling (rounded-2xl, border-white/10) preserved as requested. Populated list view untouched.
