First release of BetterNotes — staff notes and a watchlist for Paper/Folia 1.21+.

Features

  • Notes with three severities (info, warn, alert) — alert notes notify online staff instantly
  • One pinned note per player, always shown first
  • Watchlist with join alerts and optional auto-expiry (/watchlist add Steve 7d reason)
  • Full-text search and a server-wide /notes recent feed
  • Accountable soft-delete: removed notes stay in the record (who, when); hard delete only via admin purge
  • Discord alerts (webhook or DiscordSRV) for watchlist joins and alert notes
  • PlaceholderAPI placeholders, NotesApi Bukkit service + events for developers
  • Async SQLite, zero hard dependencies, Folia supported

Tested on Paper 1.21.4 (build 232) and Folia 1.21.4 (build 6). Requires Java 21.
