Released as v5.3.1 (Oct 2026): v5.3's figures, re-released at the complete commit. No figure, page or engine change from v5.3. The release workflow tagged v5.3 at the first commit inside the pull request that set the version, which came before the v5.3 release data was built, so the v5.3 tag and its reproduction archive hold an intermediate tree (v5.3's 500-seed panels with v5.2's release file; REPRODUCE.md without the explore fingerprints). The live page was never affected: main carries the complete release. Tags are never moved, so this version re-releases the same figures, and its tag and archive hold the complete tree.

  • The release workflow now tags the commit on main's own line that first sets a version (git log --first-parent): for a release merged from a pull request, the merge commit, whose tree is the release as published.
  • The release data says the figures are v5.3's, shown in v5.3.1 (shownIn), as v5.2's were shown in v5.2.2.
  • v5.3's notes, with its results, are in CHANGELOG.md.
