Shrey Gupta approved publication in chat on 2026-09-27. The macOS arm64 candidate (checksum matches receipt, Developer ID notarized, reports 1.15.38) was handed to him for testing; no itemized test results were reported to the operator. Windows and Linux were not manually tested. All platform package builds and WSL succeeded. Contents: BharatCode API refusal text shown as sent (model_not_in_plan), BharatCode 4xx not retried, failed catalog loads explain why, and prompt-message schema repair for Invalid prompt errors. Publish exact existing assets without rebuilding; unexecuted tests remain unexecuted.
Package-build receipts remain acceptance pending; this operator approval does not turn unexecuted automated tests into PASS.
