Enable bangs_without_exclamation: true in the JSON configuration to use shortcuts such as gh linux without !. Explicit bangs continue to work, and the first recognized shortcut wins. The option defaults to false for compatibility.

Includes configuration examples, documentation, and regression coverage for both modes, Unicode whitespace, and mixed shortcuts. Validated with go test -race ./... and go vet ./....
