Automatic updates are not active yet — the update manifest has no host behind it. Until that is
in place, a new version means downloading it from this page again.
What it records
Only while a shift is running. Activity is stored as per-minute counts — never keystroke content —
plus screenshots of each monitor and the foreground app name. Nothing is collected outside an
active shift. See the privacy summary.
