New api implementation

This is a completely new component, the rewrite offers a major stability and it’s rewritten following the HomeAssistant documentation .

• The component has been completely rewritten
• Changed the api, moved to currency-api
• Added config flow validation
• Added support for long term data

Note

This is the first pre-release of the component, full stability is not guaranteed, there is a little work to do to be able to publish the final release, see: #20
