Summary

  • Add Windows Computer Use Guard with a default-off settings toggle.
  • Preserve Computer Use configuration only when the toggle is enabled.
  • Fix local session deletion across duplicate/current/legacy Codex SQLite stores.

Notes

This is a pre-release for validating the Computer Use Guard integration and local session deletion fixes before marking the release stable.
