Hive is a self-improving coding agent that combines episodic failure memory, task-oriented planning,
a structured failure taxonomy, and a live Python execution to write and apply improvements to its own codebase.

Most autonomous systems drift. they retry blindly, lose the thread, and eventually stop serving the intent they started with.

Hive doesn't drift.

every failure is classified, reasoned about, and converted into a behavioral contract that shapes every subsequent attempt.
Lesson memory accumulates across cycles. Anchor reinforcement keeps every patch locked to what was actually asked for 

The system gets better, But it stays Yours. Runs entirely on consumer hardware. No cloud. No API dependency. Yours completely.
