New in this release:

  • Implemented a 'Manual threshold' method for foci detection.
  • Gaussian filter in classic segmentation is now pixelsize-dependent (0.5 µm, or 2 pixels if unit is not microns).
  • Fixed bug in classic segmentation where the nucleus min and max sizes were incorrect for calibrated images.
  • Updated Cellpose 3D segmentation parameter --dPSmooth to --flow3D_smooth.
