Learn about vigilant mode.
  • Filter kernels improved for 3D images - Results will not be compatible with versions older than 1.92!
  • Fixed bug where 'remove outliers' did not work for 32-bit images
  • 'All Foci Results per cell' and 'All Foci Statistics' tables are generated and saved at the end of a run with multiple files.
  • Threshold (on filtered image) is saved as column in the Foci Results per cell table.
  • Thanks to Ksenia Kudryashova, fixed a bug where Cellpose would fail if 'use gpu' was not checked.
  • Foci pixels are displayed in slightly transparent magenta, so foci centroids are still visible.
