So, I couldn't download the RNAseq data after trying for 5 min, so I'm just going to leave that as "outdated" for now and merge. |

Updating to convert tutorials c. julia 0.5 to 1+ with Pluto notebooks. I think having a separate project for each tutorial makes the most sense.
