Torchvision and Torchtext are unused dependencies

It's possible I'm missing something, but both Torchvision and Torchtext are unused in ESM's source (and examples) code.

Additionally, Torchtext was deprecated in 2024.

If they are truly unused, they should be removed from pyproject.toml dependencies.

Accident - we fixed this internally - it'll be pushed out in the next version of esm :)
