Tapioca is a script that uses Segment Anything from Facebook to segment an image of droplets and extract the features from these droplets.

  1. Install python 3.12 (this is what I used but 3.9+ probably works)
  2. Download the .whl file from here
  3. open terminal where the .whl is located
  4. run pip install wheel-filename.whl for example pip install TapiocaV1.whl
  5. Downloads the weights from either the main repo (in folder src/Tapioca/mobile_sam.pt) or here
  6. run python -m Tapioca
