BLEND 1.1.2 prepares the package for wider use with CMake-based installation,
GMT-style user configuration, LGPL licensing, tests, uninstall support, and a
new example suite with rendered outputs.

Changes since version 1.0.1:

* Added CMake build and installation support for BLEND.
* Added GMT-style CMake configuration files:
  cmake/ConfigDefault.cmake and cmake/ConfigUserTemplate.cmake.
* Added installed CMake package files so downstream projects can use
  find_package(blend CONFIG REQUIRED).
* Installed the public header as include/blend/blend.h.
