Observation-first research release. The retained stride-50 browser product passes exact FITS provenance and predeclared distribution gates, but fails the temporal-fidelity gate: 20.89% of gradient-RMS power, 9.19% of command-RMS power, and 64.46% of mean-flux power lies above the reduced 5 Hz Nyquist frequency. The public interface now blocks temporal-spectrum and controller-bandwidth interpretation of the browser sample. The deployed worker imports the directly tested six-mode Noll/PID science core. CI regenerates evidence from the 15,000-frame retained FITS and fails on drift.
