The Crowdfund standard is being removed everywhere (broken on-chain withdraw/refund; chain-frozen, no clean workaround — autopilot #0439, bitbadgesjs #248, frontend #248). Trim the now-defunct `crowdfund` token from the build/query skill descriptions, the builder agent example, and the README CLI surface list. CHANGELOG history retained.
