Installation

1. Download and extract the ZIP for your platform
2. Windows: Double-click Qubes.exe
3. macOS: Double-click Qubes.app (right-click → Open if blocked)
4. Linux: Run ./install.sh then ./launch.sh

Requirements

• 16 GB RAM minimum (32 GB recommended for local LLM)
• Internet connection for initial Ollama model download
• NVIDIA GPU optional (improves TTS performance)
