This release primarily improves the first app launch experience and fixes some minor bugs. Noteworthy changes include the following:

• Fully replaced the setup flow to allow for a faster and easier experience when using the app for the first time
• Added a temporary settings view (three dots > Settings) to allow changing the language and login method. This will be changed to a much more configurable and searchable settings view in the future
• Fixed a bug with Android navigation buttons overlapping parts of the UI (#4)
