This job has failed on every run since it was added (broken action resolution for BitGo/build-system), and coupling an independent repo's release to AWM's release cadence isn't the right dependency direction for the qa-automation E2E use case it was meant to serve. Ticket: WCN-1101

Summary
trigger-demo-kms-api-releasejob (added in feat: AWM release now auto triggers demo-kms-release as well #254, WCN-1101) and its now-unusedactions/id-tokenpermissions.Unable to resolve action bitgo/build-system, not found), including after the WCN-1601 permission fix in ci: add actions:read permission for BitGo/build-system resolution #259.Test plan
release-to-ghcr.yamlstill runs release/trivy-scan/build-and-push cleanly on next AWM release
