Teleprompter 1.2.2 (8) fixes microphone selection for voice-follow. Choose the MacBook or a USB microphone while using another device for playback: capture now opens only the selected input, without changing system defaults or hardware formats. Selected-input recovery remains bounded and holds your reading position.

Download Teleprompter-1.2.2-arm64.dmg, open it and drag Teleprompter to Applications. Requires Apple Silicon and macOS 26 or later. The app is Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. Speech model downloads remain separate; microphone and speech permissions are requested when needed.

Validation: 72 Swift checks, app/library integration checks, dependency notices, Release archive/export, notarization, stapling, Gatekeeper and DMG verification. The installed public build receives live MacBook input with Moonshine and pauses cleanly. AirPods were disconnected during that final check; audible Bluetooth playback continuity still needs a human test.
