User-visible fixes

Publishing and editing accept default optional values: blank region, Final sale, and no item specifics.
Deleted listings are not re-registered for checkout when an owner page opens. Registration is serialized per listing and missing records stop retrying until saved again.
/llms.txt advertises the live marketplace Nexus index.
