Messaging retry backoff restarts when a conversation opens, becomes visible, or is retried.

Removed NEXT_PUBLIC_VIBE_SESSION_BRIDGE_ORIGIN and NEXT_PUBLIC_VIBE_ID from the Vercel production build environment. Their previous values are recorded in the release evidence for restoration.
