Clicky 1.1.0 — Ollama bootstrap + setup wizard

What's new

The big fix: previous installs left users stuck at "Clicky listens but won't answer" because Ollama wasn't bundled. v1.1.0 walks you through the whole free-mode setup in one click.

New

• 🧙 First-run setup wizard — installs Ollama, pulls the text + vision models, with progress bars
• 📦 Optional Ollama install during Setup — checkbox in the installer chains the official Ollama setup
• 🔧 Tray → Setup & Diagnostics — re-run the wizard or save a full diagnostics report any time
• 🔑 Copilot login log — every device-flow login attempt is logged to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Clicky\copilot_login.log so failed logins can actually be debugged

How to install

1. Download Setup-Clicky.exe below
2. (Recommended) tick "Also download & install Ollama" during setup
3. On first launch, accept the wizard — it pulls llama3.2:3b + qwen2.5vl:3b automatically
4. Done. Press Ctrl+Alt+Space and ask anything.

If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning, click "More info" → "Run anyway" — that's expected for unsigned .exe files.
