New Features

  • Bitski's provider now supports the latest versions of web3.js, following the EthereumProvider spec (EIP-1193), while also providing backward compatibility for earlier versions of 1.0.0.
    Note that at this time Bitski's provider does not support web3 versions prior to 1.0.0 beta

  • Added an option to disable block tracking. This is not advised for most clients (Consider increasing the pollingInterval instead). Note that this will remove support for subscriptions and some caching.
    To use this, pass it as an option to getProvider: bitski.getProvider({ disableBlockTracking: true })

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the ConnectButton could fail to sign in silently due to blocked popups.
  • Fixed an internal parsing issue related to a race condition with loading new blocks
  • Fixed an issue where we were not listing a dependency in package.json
