Initial public release of the independent C# finite-strip signature-curve implementation.

Highlights

  • Reproduces the EurocodeFunctions_V05/V02 Main.py axial and bending workflow without Python, MATLAB, or pyCUFSM at run time.
  • Includes source-lineage documentation, MIT/third-party license notices, machine-readable reference artifacts, and bilingual documentation.
  • Regression audit compares 1,480 eigenvalues; the maximum relative difference is 0.005029%, below the 0.01% tolerance, with identical selected critical half-wavelengths.
  • CI passes on Linux, Windows, and macOS.
