actnode v0.2.0 — reusable workflows, remote scan, tag cache.

  • Reusable workflows: uses: org/repo/.github/workflows/x.yml@ref (and local ./.github/workflows/…) are fetched and scanned recursively; status workflow (wfl in text). Nested findings show (inside …) and are not rewritten by --fix (same rule as composites).
  • Remote scan: actnode --repo owner/name and actnode --org owner list workflows via the GitHub API — no clone. Org mode scans public non-fork repos by default. Findings are labeled owner/repo:.github/workflows/…. --fix with --repo/--org errors (needs a local checkout).
  • Tag cache: version tag lookups persist under ~/.cache/actnode (or $XDG_CACHE_HOME/actnode) for 24 hours. Pass --no-cache to always hit the API.
